What Is Meeting Time Finder?
The Meeting Time Finder helps you schedule meetings across multiple timezones by identifying all time slots where participants' working hours overlap. Add multiple participants with their respective timezones and customizable working hour ranges, set the desired meeting duration, and the tool calculates every possible slot that fits within everyone's availability. Each result shows the local time for every participant, making it easy to propose meeting times that work for globally distributed teams. This eliminates the confusion and back-and-forth typically involved in cross-timezone scheduling.

Technical Guide
The algorithm checks every UTC hour (0-23) against each participant's working hours. For each UTC hour, it converts to each participant's local time using the Intl.DateTimeFormat API with the participant's IANA timezone. It then checks if the local hour falls within the participant's specified working range AND if the meeting duration fits before the end of working hours. A time slot is considered available only if ALL participants satisfy both conditions. The results show each participant's local time formatted in 12-hour notation with AM/PM. The meeting duration check prevents scheduling a 60-minute meeting at 4:30 PM when work ends at 5 PM.
